Delivery within the US and Canada
Your order will normally be sent through FedEx; you will be sent a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse, giving a track & trace number. You can use this code to track your shipment on the FedEx website. Most items are shipped from our European warehouse in The Netherlands. The listed lead time is the dispatch date, it takes app. 2 weeks to get it delivered to your doorstep.
Shipping costs
Delivery to the U.S. and Canada comes to USD 30 for orders below USD 250. Shipping orders over USD 250 is free of charge.
30 days on approval, always easy to return
We offer a 30-day return policy, without having to give a reason. Following cancellation you have a further 14 days in which to return your item. You will then be credited for the full order value, including delivery. You need to send the return package yourself, shipping costs are at your own expense.
The item is to be returned to the company, with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days. After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the original payment method. For administrative reasons we cannot exchange or offset the cost of items - you can re-order the item required on the website.

During the 30-day cooling-off period you can of course unpack or use the item as you would in a shop. If you use the item in such a way that it can no longer be sold 'as new', or if the packaging is damaged or missing, then Wilhelmina Designs may choose to withhold minimal 25% of the purchase price. We would like to be able to supply the item to the next buyer undamaged and in its original packaging, too. We ask for your understanding.
